After the devious attacks of September 11, 2001 in the United States, they built up and fired on two countries in Afghanistan and Iraq, with the help of some Western and regional allies, on the pretext of combating terrorism. In Iraq, with the fall of Saddam and the Ba'ath regime, various groups present on the political scene have tried to devote more power to it, given the vacuum of power. Meanwhile, the Kurds, who have always been viewed as a moderate group of Americans who can be instrumental in balancing the region's politics and influencing the geopolitical future of the region, have been supported by the country's relative independence (Fraedralism). With the withdrawal of US forces from Iraq in 2011 and afterwards, the initial fragility of the Iraqi central government in dealing with ISIL, the Kurds, who enjoyed special American support, were given more opportunity to take more serious measures regarding the independence of Kurdistan, the referendum Independence will be held in September 2017 in the areas under their guidance. Accordingly, the fundamental question of the leading article is that "Iraqi Kurdistan have a place in the regional policies of the United States states in Western Asia". The main hypothesis is that Iraqi Kurdistan has always been instrumental in the politics of Western allied countries in West Asia, and in order to make geopolitical changes in the region in line with the implementation of the conspiracy of the "new Middle East", the deterioration of the growing regional influence of the Islamic Republic of Iran And has used Israel's Zionist security.
