Therefore, with the provision of virtual social communication space, traditional, religious and subcultural cultures have also been given the opportunity and the possibility of realizing the cultural dominance desired by the West is fading more and more. Cyberspace, by any definition, is a vast realm. To grow. Every day, we see innovation and the arrival of new software that is designed and built according to the needs of users, this space has become a place and a vehicle to meet the communication needs and supply of products. Generally, when we talk about cyberspace and cyberspace, we almost always find websites and web pages, while this space is very wide and its most important dimensions are multi-layered virtual news and social networks, online games, schools. Electronics, chat rooms, digital databases, etc., which, along with other cultural productions such as movies and animations, have found new levels and processes with the help of computer tools. So, whether we like it or not, not only have we all become users of cyberspace and artificial intelligence devices, but cyberspace, along with real life, has left its mark on our environment, behaviors, beliefs and social relationships. There is no choice but to accept it. In such a situation, the best option to deal with it is to know exactly this phenomenon with all its dimensions, especially opportunities and threats, so that we can consciously approach it. This requires the acquisition of a set of skills called media literacy. It is also necessary for the authorities, instead of abandoning this very important and influential environment in the individual and social life of the people of the society, to have a serious and strategic idea about guiding and creating opportunities from it, and other plans that are not the subject of this discussion. It is clear, then, that this vast array of constant developments brings with it many opportunities and threats.
