The structural and process imbalances, the lack of stability and equilibrium points, and the limited communication channels between actors in the Middle East security system have made security arrangements in this region always caught in a systematic cycle of transition from the Cold War to the real war. This has led some countries to take active diplomacy and pursue mediated diplomacy, realizing the threats posed by the critical dynamics of the Middle Eastchr('39')s security arrangements. Oman is one of the countries that has shown mediatory diplomacy through its understanding of systemic threats in the Middle East as a threat to its survival and national security. Accordingly, the main question of this study is how Oman diplomacy has affected the security system in the Middle East. In answering this question, the authors, using the notion of mediated diplomacy, conclude that Oman has come to the conclusion that Oman has sought to reduce the crisis in the Middle East by establishing balanced relations with all actors involved in security arrangements. Due to its unique geopolitical and geo-cultural position, it has been able to establish balanced relations between all actors involved in the Middle East as a point of equilibrium stability and a unique communication channel to prevent crisis escalation and manage conflicts as a mediator. The Middle East will play a role.
