One of the norms whch clearly represents in the Approaches of Islamic Republic of Iran's Foreign Policy, is the norm "expansion of justice" and in line with that, is "protection" from the oppressed pepole of various societies. the principle on which Imam Khomeini emphasized. The norm establishes the identity of the Islamic Republic as protectionist political unit and actor. Thus, by using a descriptive-analytic method, we follow the following questions' answers: "Where are "protectionism" and "protectionist behavior" positioned in Iranian foreign policy?" and "whta are the effects by these approaces on advance of the goals of Iranian foreign policy?"
