In this regard, the concept and theory of social capital from the social decade (economics, sociology, political science, etc.) has attracted the attention of thinkers and researchers in various fields of science in 1990. Social capital is highly regarded by scholars and political elites in the category of participation. The theory of social capital is tried to be empirically tested in terms of the facts that dominate society, and with the assumption that social capital plays an essential role in political participation, the main purpose of this article is to answer why and explain it. Research Method: The research method in this research is case-based and descriptive-correlational and is based on Elamite citizens who have been selected by cluster sampling. The variable is 390 scrolls. The size of the independent sample in this study is social capital, which has been measured by three indicators of social trust, networks and social relations and social solidarity. The dependent variable in this study is political participation, which has been studied with two indicators of formal and informal participation in political issues. In order to collect data, a researcher-made questionnaire was used, the validity of which was confirmed by relevant experts and professors, and its reliability was obtained according to the desired. To analyze the research data, descriptive statistics and statistics of 85 Cronbach's alpha tests (inferential (statistical methods such as Pearson correlation analysis, mean analysis and multivariate regression test) were used. There is a significant relationship between social trust and political participation, on the other hand, there is a significant relationship between networks of social relations between people, social trust and social cohesion and political participation, based on research findings, from family to relatives. , Colleagues, locals, fellow citizens and compatriots move, the amount of capital and social trust decreases.
