By accepting Barjam, the world witnessed the resolution of one of the most complex and challenging international disputes, through an innovative and innovative approach. Following this, the Security Council adopted Resolution 2231, endorsing the provisions of the UN Security Council. Burjam, which is more of a political agreement and cannot be considered a legally binding treaty, imposes a series of voluntary commitments on the parties and all UN Security Council sanctions, as well as multilateral and national sanctions (EU and US). Has canceled related to Iran's nuclear program. By accepting this document, many in the world spoke openly about a fundamental change in the settlement of nuclear disputes, citing BRICS as an ideal method and model for resolving international disputes. This article seeks to answer the fundamental question of whether BRICS can be considered as a change in the way nuclear disputes are resolved.
The hypothesis of the article is how to resolve the Iranian nuclear dispute in comparison with other cases in the IAEA and go through this process through negotiation and not through coercive means, approval of the Security Council by the Security Council, lifting of all nuclear sanctions and recognition of nuclear rights. Iran (albeit to a limited extent) and the UNHCR Dispute Settlement Mechanism, which differs from traditional international law mechanisms for resolving disputes and is very similar to the "non-compliance rite", the research findings show that if the opposing parties Fully adhering to their commitments, these cases could lead to Borjam presenting itself as an innovative and innovative way to resolve nuclear disputes and other international disputes. The research method in this article is descriptive-analytical to express the resolution of disputes.
