In this study, Islamic Jihadi Salafism, the reasons for its growth and its impact on the future political stability of the Middle East have been studied. Salafism due to Soviet invasion of Afghanistan (in 1979), US invasion of Iraq (in 1991 and 2003) and Afghanistan (in 2001) took military and violent aspects and in recent two decades its activities has increased. But after popular uprisings in the Arab world that began in 2010 and widespread instability caused by it, Jihadi extremist groups have gained strength and unprecedented expansion and in some areas have established Islamic state in its own way. Increase the power and scope of activity of these groups have affected the political stability of the region and the world and have become a threat to Stability of the world. But, the most important and most devastating its effects have been existed in the Middle East that Could in the future lead to more political instability, instabilitis such as, Civil Wars, Wars between the states in the region, Sectarian and Ethnic wars, and  territorial degradation. if unstop the growth of extremist Salafi, Middle East will be expectant to great political changes and terrible instability.
