Hajj as a worship with a political effect due to its nature and the possibility of its effectiveness in the dimension and at the global level can be considered as examples of solidarity rights that are discussed in human rights. These rights are known as collective rights and belong to the individual but in the form of a society. Rights such as the right to peace, the right to development, the right to self-determination and the right to a healthy environment transcend national borders and territories and express solidarity and unity among human beings. According to religious requirements and behaviors, Hajj is crystallized as a symbol of solidarity rights. Because both in it, the individual satisfaction of the participant in this ritual is realized, which is one of its properties and characteristics, moving along and in the direction of the group and the unity and solidarity of human groups, regardless of the artificially created national borders and individual characteristics of human beings and those things that have been formed outside the will of individuals, such as different ethnicities, positions and tendencies to the scene appears.
By studying and focusing on the components of solidarity law and examining the capacities and functions of Hajj ceremonies, the relationship between them was shown and the need for active diplomacy to accompany Muslim countries to take advantage of the very high capacity of Hajj to achieve An alliance beyond the Islamic world was mentioned globally.
