In America the issue of political studies institutes such as think tanks, Science production, education, legitimize or delegitimize America policies of competing actors and destructive Prestige play a vital role. These institutions to analyze and explain important role in policy-making and decision-making in various spheres of politics and security. These institutions using the intellectual elite and executive centers that are an integral part of America's foreign policy, the foreign policy formulation and design of multiple scenarios for different topics, political actors and political elites of the benefits and costs notify each scenario. In this study is to investigate the status and functioning of institutions and their role in decision-making and policy studies in the United States of America, different scenarios (Compromise, war, change from inside, and deterrence) to examine in Iran. The hypothesis of this study using a descriptive-analytic approach is: Political studies institutes in America using international theorists, intellectual elite, and the political executive and the lobby and centers of power, different scenarios are designed against the Islamic Republic of Iran.
