 Great source of tension in the Middle East perspective to security, Arab uprising from the year 2010 to now. Since the start of these uprisings, Saudi s policy makers criticize America why it failed at control of regional stability and did not support its regional friends and did not prove the stability. This approach has the top-down perspective to regional security. It focused on security concerns of some of government and regional regime at expense of insecurities of region people. Tension between two main actors of this perspective and what referred or make a decision about these tensions formed the security perspective of Middle East in the foreseeable future. (Bilgin, 2015, 3-5). Findings of research show that security of some of Arab countries of Persian Gulf including Saudi Arabia and Zionism regime rely on creation insecurities in other region countries. Arab countries of Persian Gulf used or take advantaged Shia crescent especially after the year 2003 and legitimacy of Saudi king to redefine political geography of security and insecurity and neutral and weaken the power of regional challengerschr('39'). So, they hereby create hierarchy interdependence of security.
