The Muslim Brotherhood movement can be called the most important, cohesive and ideological political movement among the Sunnis. The idea of being ideological does not mean in the conventional sense, but intellectual structure and the explanation of a coherent thought, as well as a clear executive framework for the implementation of political Islam. Although the religious principles and ideological-political principles of this movement should be sought in the thoughts of its late founder, Hassan al-Banna, but now because of the spread of this movement in other countries and environmental and social impacts over time, changing the intellectual foundations and executive approaches are observed. These changes in the Tunisian branch of the Brotherhood, led by al-Ghannouchi, Rashid have been so palpable that secular Islam is explicitly mentioned at the 10th Ennahda Conference, which was far removed from the founding foundations of the movement. This evolution can also be considered the product of inefficiency in the executive scene. Ennahda has not been very successful in its presence in the political arena and has inevitably deviated from its basic principles in order to achieve its goals. The importance of this issue is studied by recognizing the idea of the largest and most widespread movement in the Islamic world and the proposed model of Sunni political Islam, as well as the study of the main components, contexts of change and factors affecting the created change.
The article with a descriptive-analytical method and library and interview tools seeks to answer this question, what has been the transformation in the approaches and developments of thought and the performance of Ennahda from the movement until the formation of the government? And in what areas has it been more prominent?
The findings of the article show that by choosing the approach of epistemological minimalism, peaceful tendencies and realistic practice in the political arena, Ennahda tries to create an intermediate agreement with modernity, that is, political principles, social principles, general rules, orders and components of religion with Interpret the arguments of logic. Therefore, in the context of implementation, it will inevitably justify it in cases where it is unable to explain and interpret religious rules, and this is the first step in the transformation of Ennahda ideas.It should not be forgotten that the bedrock of Al-Ghannouchi's ideas (value space) at the beginning of the foundation of the dictatorship of Bourguiba and the secularization of society in the economic developments of Tunisia in the 70s, so obviously a transformation has taken place, It was expected. The distinguishing feature of this article from other writings in this field is first to examine the subject in terms of thought approaches and political developments at the same time as well as redefining and adapting intellectual indicators over time. It is in the political arena.
