Abstract:   (60 Views)
Artificial intelligence is increasingly changing legal and political structures around the world. This article examines the impact of artificial intelligence on law and politics in Iran and China using a comparative study method. The study shows how technologies such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, and the Internet of Things have affected the legal and political systems of these two countries. In Iran, laws such as the Computer Crime Law and the E-Commerce Law have attempted to provide a legal framework for digital activities. In China, laws such as the Cybersecurity Law and the Personal Information Protection Law allow the government to have greater control over cyberspace. A comparative study of the existing laws of the two countries suggests that technological developments require attention to ethical, social, and legal dimensions.
