The victory of the Islamic Revolution of Iran caused a fundamental change in the strategic region of West Asia and broke the equations of the international system in the world and the region.
To explain the nature of the competition of the resistance discourse against the conflicting discourses in the strategic area of West Asia - in the period after the Islamic Revolution in Iran 1357/1979 and the Arab revolutions 1390/2011 - is necessary Its important components and elements should be realistically analyzed with a descriptive-analytical approach.This paper tests for the first time the realization of this realism in the Copenhagen theoretical framework.
Indeed, political Islam is the most influential discourse in recent decades in the region, and its sectarian application has placed the strategic area of West Asia in periods of tension and turmoil with war, violence, and religious and ethnic divisions. Therefore, this work seeks to answer this question in order to evaluate the impact of the (Shiite) resistance discourse on the hegemonic security order of West Asia in the face of Salafi and Brotherhood discourses.Shiite subnational and transnational groups probably reproduced the idea that they had the ability to transform the dominant order in the region.
