During the reign of King Salman, Saudi Arabia's foreign relations have undergone changes with great powers and regional powers. Along with an alliance with the United States, Saudi Arabia’s relations have expanded with other great powers, like China and Russia, and regional pillars like Turkey and Israel. This study seeks the answer what is Saudi Arabia’s strategy in simultaneous relationship to expansion with great powers? The research hypothesis is that, considering the changes in the structure of the international system and the changes in the Middle East, Saudi Arabia has chosen the strategy of hedging as its strategy of foreign policy. The research findings are based on explanatory-analytical method, to reduce the risks of dependence on the United States; Saudi Arabia has expanded its relations with other great powers and key regional actors like Turkey and Israel. This diversification can decrease the risk of dependency on Saudi Arabia’s foreign policy.
