Abstract
One of the epistemological debates on the nature of technology is its actual and potential functions as envisioned by its formal and efficient causes. The review of the related literature demonstrates that technology has traditionally been phenomenalized, in the sense that it is neither a tool nor an application. It is currently a genesis, i.e. It creates   a unity of a noumenon by human being’s sensory-behavioral structures. With a kind of genesis, this phenomenon determines our situation under the zero-infinity binary. This phenomenon is the offspring of its own times. Against this backdrop, this study scrutinizes the function of communicative technologies and the virtual space in contribution to indeterminacy and indecision. It touches upon the linguistic nature of this phenomenon and its relation to human existence. The question to be formulated is: how can the desirability of cyber ethics be defined in the process that zero-one binary is regenerated endlessly and infinitely despite human’s static condition? The central question is: How has the indeterminacy and indecision led to a crisis in the truth value and non-transparency of information? It is argued that linguistic syntax of the truth in the cyberspace has changed and determinacy has intensified. With this epistemological shift in the contextualizing the cyberspace, it discusses the possible shifts in the virtual space policy.
This paper defines the ethics of technology and transforms it as political subject. This content is challenging among scholars. Technology changes the style of life in contemporary world. I try to distinguish between the problems generated by modern rationality (tendency to accounting, calculation) and technicization of political bodies.
Research on the role of technology in the recent sociopolitical developments has been the content of extensive arguments among scholars. This writing attempts to turn technology into a subject matter for politics and criticize its rationality from the viewpoint of power and domination. Thus, the first step in this regard is to find an answer to the question that, "When did technology turned into the foundation of sociopolitical relations, thereby creating calculating rationality and domination?" The purpose of this writing is to achieve an understanding about all the different aspects of this issue, with which to harness the permissiveness of the new technology, and to demonstrate the new technical order, new atmosphere, new morality and everyday life's new conditions in term of a civilization along with its dangers. To understand the widespread technical order the modern man is being held in, lets refer to Heidegger. To him, technology is not merely a means, but it is a way of discovering.
It is the disproportion between the rapid technological changes and developments with the moral, political and spiritual capacities of modern man. It seems in this technical order, with more achievements for technology, a wider gap between natural and human world affairs appears. The gap along with the corrosion of religious foundations, lowers the world to mere enjoyment, and for the enjoyment to continue, there should be no resistance and thinking, but association alone through symbols and signs is enough.
