Abstract: (7 Views)
Religious governance is a system based on the interaction of the pillars of religion and politics that pursues the achievement of important goals such as creating a suitable environment for conscious living, an ethical lifestyle, a faithful life of the individual and society, and ultimately providing a peaceful environment for the spiritual growth and excellence of man. In the light of this type of governance, people and rulers are obliged to act responsibly with each other within the general framework of religion and strive to meet biological and livelihood needs as a primary influential factor in the development of moral virtues in society. Also, the agents of the Islamic system have the duty to adhere to the law and ethics, always be transparent and accountable for their actions, and in constructive interaction with other regional and international political systems, introduce and institutionalize a new model of management based on human life. This article aims to explain and evaluate the desired concept of religious governance, especially in the form of the Islamic Republic, with a pathological motive and by the method of matching external consequences and realities with theoretical foundations and their analysis, the desired concept of religious democracy and moral management, as well as the position of spirituality among the Islamic nation and the managers of the system that emerged from the Islamic Revolution of Iran.
The research findings show that "a one-dimensional view of religion", "disregard for the position of law and collective wisdom", "not taking supervisory institutions and the party system seriously", "sensationalism and avoidance of rationalism and realism", and "not prioritizing people's livelihood problems" in some Islamic societies, especially in Iran, during the decades after the victory of the Islamic Revolution; have caused contradictions, problems and even crises, of which "the lack of compatibility of the infrastructure with the superstructure" has been one of the most important and the fundamental factor of subsequent consequences; So that if in the future, these issues are not resolved by accurate pathology analysis and the provision of appropriate solutions, the moral degeneration of managers and citizens and ultimately the inefficiency of Islamic governance in achieving at least some of its goals and duties will be inevitable.
